Do Mandevillians Travel? – from Jose10k
The cool weather came in and YHC was ready for round 2. It was chilly, much different from the humidity from yesterday. Moby was the first to show up, while TurboDog refused to get out of the truck due to the weather. Einstein was next to show up, plant the flag, and the beatdown began. Warm-up: stretches, ssh, neck rolls, etc… That’s when we noticed something…Mandevillians don’t travel well. I wonder what about 190 scares them. It’s just a quick trip to the Gipper y’all, come on man. Any who, we grabbed some coupons to the gravel parking lot we went for some 11’s. Curls on one end, squat thrusts on the other side, rifle carry the coupon between exercises. We followed up with a quick couple of laps to test out this shin. We then did 3 rounds of 11/22 merkins and squats. Followed up with Einstein’s Theory of Relativity (new stretch). You have to come to Covington to learn this one. Moby prayed us out. And the North Wind Blew – from Mobydick
Felt a whole lot colder than it was. Enough to keep the fart sacks full of Gippers except for the oldest Gipper. Just as well cause he was just off a Chiropractor visit that confirmed his lower back was locked up. Good news is all will be loose in time. It gave YHC a chance to stretch without having to provide a beatdown for the masses. The seasonal adjustment will see more participants next time. This is not the worst the guys have turned out for.

Warm up: 15, IC. Self love, imperial walkers, Merkins, arm circles(forward and backwards), hillbillies, shoulder tap merkins, hi jack hi Jill, toe touches, plank jacks and 20 side straddle hops ic.
Thang: 6,8,10,12 emom. Burpees, kettle bell swings, squats (with coupon), Merkins. After 2 sets a mosey around the caboose. 2 more sets and another mosey. One more set and finished with some stretching. Dark Wing Duck prayed out. Thanks for the Q, see you in the gloom. -

all 15xIC: toe touch, ss hops, neck rolls, hill-billies, swimmers, imperial walkers,
high knees, grass grabbers, butt-kicks, hi jack hi jills, side stretches, etc.Thang
Using the parking lot stripes for a template with 2 parking stripe increments. Perform 2 Burpees, 4 Lunges, 6 Plank Jacks, 8 Squats, 10 Merkin. Sprint to the wall, mosey run back to the starting stripe stepping up two spaces. Repeat 12 times.TOTALS:
24 burpees
48 lunges
72 plank jacks
96 squats
120 merkins
12 sprints
12 mosey runsCount-o-rama
