After a long intro and a short warm up we started
Round 1 – 2 minutes

2 push ups
3 squats
REST for remainder of two minutes
Round 2 – 2 minutes
2 pull ups
4 push ups
6 squats
REST for remainder of two minutes

6 push ups
9 squats
