1st station east side of canal – Merkins X 25
Bear crawl to second station on west side of canal
2nd station – perfect Triple Shift squats X 25
Run to the top of the levee
3rd station – plank jacks X 25
Bear crawl to east side of canal on the levee
4th station – big. Boy sit ups X 25
Run down the hill back to station 1
Rinse and repeat X 4 or 5 if you are a beast
