El Diablo attracted a Six Pax, plus its post-virgin Q, to her swampy dark humidity for different type of Pontiff beatdown. After the warm-up which included some MMA moves and Wacky Jacks (loved by all), the group toted their rocks to the Metry version of Monkey Hill to reverse bear crawl up and down several times, supplemented by other maneuvers. The group recovered during a few moseys to the gym and back. The sequence was topped off with step ups, dips, Turkish get ups, all with rocks in the gazebo. Moseyed back for planking and COT.
