Down the Ladder starting at 14 in cadence with rock, decreasing by 2 each round – Shoulder Press, Curls, Squats, Rows, & Burpees.
To the track – quick audible due to small pax…always running in one direction( counter clock) passing the frisbee…with every drop 3 burpees for the pax. Hit 48 burpees(104 in total) and 6:15am.
