- Dead Lift 16xIC (larger rock)
- Squats 16xIC (smaller rock)
- Bench Press 16xIC (larger rock)
Rinse and repeat with just 12, then with just 8 and finally with just 4. Then a round of skull crushers: interlocking situps passing a rock from the ground overhead to the other PAX, 25 per HIM for a total of 50.
