3 men gathered this morning at Audobon Park, which after yesterday’s flooding and high winds, looked more swamp than park.
Warmup:

Jogged a half-mile across Audobon Zoo parking lot to the levee on the other side of the train tracks for Tabata.
Tabata (5 sets)
Each exercise performed for 20 sec followed by 10 sec rest. 1 minute rest between sets.

Big props to Game 5 for fighting off the flu and battling through the workout like a champ EARNING himself the Game 5 nickname in honor of Michael Jordan’s Flu Game.
We were just going to jog across the street for our Tabata. A half mile run seems a lot further when you think you’re going for a 75 yd mosey, but seemed a lot shorter on the way back.
J Diddy pushed hard through the workout and came up big spotting The Wiz through his 15 pull-ups.
An all-around pleasurable punishment this morning in the swamp!
