25 Each Side Straddle Hops/Squats/Plankjacks, 15&15 Arm Circles
Then to the need without the want….
21’s – 21 Merkins followed by 21 Sit ups, then 20 Merkins followed by 20 Sit ups, Wash, rinse, repeat, down to 18. then 20 monkey humpers. Back to the Merkins/Sit ups combo down to 12. 20 more Monkey Humpers. Merkins/Sit ups combo down to 5. 20 more Monkey Humpers. Merkins/Sit Ups down to 1. Whew! Tires me out just typing it.
But wait, there’s more…..
Quick trip to the levee, and it was mostly dry. Team up gents – one guy runs across the levee and does 10 squats and back while his teammate does Burpees, does Burpees, does Burpees. Now switch it up until both team members do 20 squats in total.
Back to base for 20 plankjacks and some announcements and a short prayer.
