Run up the levee with your partner
Wheel barrow your partner back down the levee
Run back up, and trade places
Repeat x 5, plank up when you’re finished
Mosey to the fly, circle up for Squatapusharama

Sumo squat x 15
Merkin x 10

Get – ups (start in laying down position, get up without using your hands)
Mountain climbers
Pull-ups
Do as many reps of the exercise you are stationed at in the time that it takes the men doing burpees to complete 10. Rotate until everyone has done every station.

Felt kinda uncomfortable running up to a group of grown men doing wife pleasers in a circle. I’m used to doing them with my eyes closed anyway…. Great workout!
