Warmup: all ICx13 toe-touch, ss hops, swimmers, imperial walkers, shoulder rolls-f&r, hillbillies(a.k.a. country boys according to Fletch), high knees, neck rolls-c&cc, butt kicks, hi jack-hi jills.
Main Event: descending series of three exercises; burpee, Hindu pushup, and squats.
Starting with 13 of each of those, then run loop around the upper deck of the parking garage. Then 12 of each, then 11 of each, ….then 1 of each.
Totaling 91 burpees, 91 Hindu pushups, 91 squats, ~1.3 miles of running
