Station 2 – 50 lb kettle bell sandbag – rows and kettle bell swings
Station 3 – 40 lb sandbag – clean & throw and rows
Station 4 – jump rope
Station 5 – 60 lb sandbag – merkin & lateral drag x 10 (timer)
