Last night @Stiletto wrote in asking where I was posting. Upon reviewing the calendar I noticed no one was signed up to Q at El Diablo.
On the drive in this AM, I thought “what will we do if there is no Q?”
Upon my arrival in the Gloom I was greeted by 3 Pax (@Stiletto, @Logo, @Bogey). As I planted the flag, I mentioned not seeing anyone signed up to Q and volunteered to show off what I thought of during my drive in 😉
After a typical disclaimer, combined with disclaiming I would desire to get in 100 burpees we started with a quick warm up on the football field with
10 SSH
5 Slow Vigoda’s
5 Grass Grabbers
5 burpees
The THANG
11’s starting on the sideline with
10 Burpees then forward lunge 25 yards to midfield sideline to sideline for 1 Grasshopper (Childs pose, butt to heals, to A plank) the back lunge to sideline… repeat 9/2, 8/3…
Now mosey to the top of the 18 yard soccer box for 10~2’s
10 Burpees
Skater lunges to goal line left leg behind right
2 Drunk Merkins ( Merkin down to right wrist and then merkin down to left wrist)
Skater lunge back out to 18 yard box with right leg behind left
Repeat 4 times

Count off, Name o rama, announcements and prayer requests (in particular praying for those battling loneliness and those like @Logo looking for work)
