The Magnificent 7 took off and maintained a cruising pace of 8:30. Who could ask for a better morning! Cool temps, abundant sunshine, north breeze, low humidity and FRIENDS! Time flies when you discuss “life” with a running mate. One learns much about each other when we share the road together.
Jose10K closed out the workout with a wonderful prayer. Then it was off for some coffee and bonding.
