Mosey to the Foundry (outdoor gym behind Christian Brothers School) for five stations:
-Pull-ups
-LSS (Low Slow Squats)
-Dips
-Box Jumps/Step-ups
-10 Burpees as the Timer
Rinse and Repeat…mosey across the field for 20 Merkins…and back to the Foundry for 2 more circuits for a total of four rounds. Mosey back to the SF just in time for some Mary:

-Penguins x 20 IC
-Hello Dolly’s x 20 IC
-Flutter kicks x 20 IC
-Wife Pleasers (not Wife Beaters) x 20 IC
