Circuit Training:
- Jump rope 4 x 50
- Lateral band walk
- Forward and backward lunge with indian club swings
- Single leg RDL with 15lb DB
- Wall slides for lower trapezius
Rinse and Repeat
Cool down: Hamstring, Piriformis, hip adductor stretch
COT: Name o rama, prayer.
