For the last COP, the PAX moseyed to the Cabana of Pain and broke into two groups. One group did pull-ups AMRAP. The other group did dips x20 for the timer.
The PAX moseyed to the virtual flag for count off, Nameorama, announcements, intentions, and prayer. We prayed for those that were not and will not be spared from hurricanes this season and asked that we be given the generosity to pray for them and help them out in any way we can.
