Varying distances available for any PAX
- Olypmpic Triathlon – 1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
- Sprint Triathlon – 400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
- Duathlon – 2mi Run, 20km Bike, 5km Run
- Sprint Aqua Bike – 400m Swim, 20km Bike
- Olympic Bike – 1500m Swim, 40km Bike
Training Plans are available for beginners; however, if you post regularly and then add Lafitte’s Plunge & the Bucktown Coastie to your rotation, you should be up for the challenge. I’m also down for a few rehab workouts.
