15 men of NOLA decided to get better this muggy gloom.  Tclaps to the FNG’s: Tinkles (f.k.a. Tee-Tee), G-Spot, and Quick Draw (EH’d by Chaka Khan… who must be a great EH’er since he hasn’t posted in 6 months) – Tclaps RY for the info.

YHC had the idea of a two phase workout.. one that is high intensity, and the other that is about flexibility.  YHC is always looking for a reason to incorporate more yoga into a beatdown.
